Patients
We’re with you at every step
Sentrex was created with one goal in mind: to make patients’ lives easier. We are proudly Canadian, serving patients coast to coast through our Patient Support and Specialty Pharmacy services.
What is a Patient Support Program?
Think of a Patient Support Program (PSP) as an assistant for you and your healthcare team. We handle tasks like securing medication coverage, coordinating appointments, and educating you on your treatment. Know that when you are enrolled into a PSP operated by Sentrex you will have access to a robust toolbox filled with helpful resources, information, and an attentive team that complements your healthcare provider.
What is a Specialty Pharmacy?
A specialty pharmacy is not your typical neighborhood pharmacy. We specialize in medications tailored for specific health conditions, which often come with complex insurance and handling requirements. Our expert teams at Sentrex Pharmacy are committed to offering you personalized services, ensuring prompt access to your medicine, including convenient delivery to your home or preferred location. We also provide guidance on drug use and offer follow-up support to ensure your well-being, both virtually and in clinic settings.
Personalized Treatment and Care Services
At a PerCuro by Sentrex clinic, your well-being is our top priority. We understand that treatments can be daunting, so we strive to create a supportive environment tailored to your needs. Your PerCuro journey begins with a referral from your physician to our clinic, followed by a call directly to you from a PerCuro team member to schedule an appointment. Our nursing team is dedicated to your comfort throughout your treatment, whether at our clinic or in the comfort of your home. Rest assured, you’ll receive personalized care and attention at every visit.
PerCuro has been offering access to life-altering infusions since 2003. Our infusible services include treatments for Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, and Psoriasis to name a few.
Some medications require a healthcare professional’s administration, while others can be injected at home. PerCuro nurses provide injection training and in-clinic support to ensure you’re comfortable and confident with your treatment.
When your physician can’t provide specific tests, we’re here to help. We offer specialized testing to guide treatment options and monitor disease progression.
What to expect from your Patient Support Program
We understand that managing your health can be challenging, and we’re here to help. Although each Patient Support Program (PSP) may have different services, here is what you can typically expect from your PSP in general.
